Sue has over 25 years of professional experience, ranging from database administration to chief of staff roles, with a strong focus on Leadership, Enablement, and Service.

Currently, Sue is Sr. Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Security Officer, wrangling communications, education, budgeting, morale, reporting/metrics, and many other things. She also serves in several volunteer roles at the company, focusing on engagement, leadership, and coaching.

A lifelong geek, Sue transitioned from technical roles into technical writing, communications, project management, and people leadership, always leaning into new opportunities to make everything easier, faster, and better. Moving into Cyber Security after over 20 years in other roles was a natural fit for Sue’s Jack-of-all-trades life.

On the side, after experiencing the huge benefit of professional coaching, Sue decided to become a trained executive coach and give that same gift to others, earning certification through Coach Training EDU, and is nearly ready to submit for International Coaching Federation certification. She also has three kids, an aging dog, a cat who isn’t sure she’s a cat, a wonderful partner, and two grandkids.
